Not sure which class is right for you? Don’t worry – we welcome all experience levels and provide modifications to suit your individual needs.
Beginner Classes: Learn the precision and alignment principles of Iyengar Yoga through basic standing poses, simple seated postures, and gentle backbends. Each pose is taught step-by-step with props like blocks and bolsters to support safe practice. Build strength, flexibility, and body awareness with detailed instruction.
Perfect for: Complete beginners, those recovering from injury, pre and post pregnancy or anyone wanting strong foundational skills
Continuing Beginners: 6+ months of consistent Iyengar practice
Progress beyond basics with more challenging pose variations, introductory arm balances, and longer holdings. Assumes familiarity with Iyengar terminology and props while maintaining methodical pacing and individual attention.
Perfect for: Students ready to progress but not quite ready for intermediate poses
General Classes: 1+ years of regular Iyengar practice
A comprehensive class drawing from the full spectrum of asanas including challenging standing poses, backbends, twists, arm balances, and inversions. Weekly sequences vary while maintaining precise alignment focus. Students should be comfortable with headstand and shoulderstand.
Perfect for: Experienced practitioners wanting variety and challenge within the Iyengar system
Every student receives personal attention to ensure you practice safely and progress at your own pace.

Cash – Pay at the studio before class. We recommend arriving a few minutes early for your first visit to complete payment and get settled.
